Submitting a dealer territory application through the Site does not guarantee approval, territory assignment, or any business relationship with CraftStrom Solar. All applications are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion.

• Territory availability is subject to change at any time without notice.
• Territories may move from "Available" to "Pending" or "Closed" while applications are under review.
• CraftStrom Solar reserves the right to accept or reject any application for any reason.
• Dealer margins, install timelines, and other business metrics referenced on the Site are targets and estimates, not guarantees. Actual results may vary based on market conditions, dealer performance, and other factors.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of CraftStrom Solar or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The CraftStrom Solar name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of CraftStrom Solar.
